sit-ups: 32 (I did just enough to get an A because it was the first item and I didn't want to tire out. Gah.)
SBJ: 173cm or thereabouts! WOOT!
sit-&-reach: 44cm (vs. the 36-39 I'd been consistently getting for the past four years.)
IPU: 13. (Lucky number!)
Shuttle run: 10.7 sec (kyahahahaha! I PWN.)
2.4: 15 point something minutes -- I'm just glad I passed.
At least you only need to suffer once every year, until you reach Golden Eighteen.

Or you can tell a psychologist that sit-ups make you feel like slitting your wrists and never have to do a thing ever again =)
